CAS Toda Agriculture Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tuoda"), formerly known as Xi'an Tuoda Agriculture Technology Co., Ltd., now staffed with more than 100 employees, was founded by Dr. Li Yi in Xi'an in June 2009 and was relocated to Shenzhen upon the invitation of the local Government of Shenzhen Nanshan District in May 2016. Chinese Academy of Sciences has participated in the share holding of Tuoda. 

For many years, Toda has always committed itself to physical technology solutions on environment protection, safety of agricultural products, supply structure optimization of agricultural products, reduction of fertilizers and pesticides and other core agricultural problems in China. It is a pioneer in international physical agricultural inputs industry and a standard setter of agriculture plasma preparations.
